Adherence Date definition

Adherence Date means in relation to Newco 1 and Newco 2 the respective dates of their entering into the undertakings required by clause 2.7;
Adherence Date means the date of this Deed;
Adherence Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto;

More Definitions of Adherence Date

Adherence Date means the date (if any) on which the Authorized Entity accepts the obligations of the Company’s Operator as an Additional Debtor pursuant to the Regasification Agreement in accordance with Paragraph 4 (Authorized Entity).

Related to Adherence Date

  • Reference Date means 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year for as long as any Bonds are outstanding.

  • Outside Reference Date Not applicable.

  • Reference data means one or several of the following characteristics of a seating position:

  • Reference Day means each Business Day in the relevant Interest Period, other than any Business Day in the Lock-out Period;

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Accounting Reference Date means 31 December of each year.

  • True-Up Date means the date which is forty-five (45) days after the latest to occur of the Termination Date of this Agreement, the Termination Date of the Commercial Agreement or disposition of all Assets pursuant to this Agreement or the Commercial Agreement.

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
