Adjacent Driveway Property definition

Adjacent Driveway Property means the leasehold interest of Golden Road in that portion of the Atlantis Hotel/Casino Property which is designated as Parcel 2 on Schedule A attached hereto, which leasehold interest is evidenced by the Adjacent Driveway Lease.
Adjacent Driveway Property means the leasehold interest of Borrower in that portion of the Hotel/Casino Property which is designated as Parcel 2 on Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, which leasehold interest is evidenced by the Adjacent Driveway Lease.
