Adjudicatory Board definition

Adjudicatory Board means the Board constituted by the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 54;

Adjudicatory Board means a board appointed on a case-by-case basis to conduct a Marine Adjudicatory Proceeding and render a final decision in a Contested Case.
