Adjunct Lecturer definition

Adjunct Lecturer means all persons employed by Eastern Michigan University as a Lecturer on less than a full-time (100%) assignment, or a full-time (100%) assignment for a period of less than one (1) base academic year, and not otherwise included in the Bargaining Unit as defined in Article IV of this Agreement.
Adjunct Lecturer means persons who teach counseling courses, part time for various reasons at universities in higher education. They are considered practicing counselors by profession, if licensed or licensable. They are eligible for board service under the practicing counselor category.

  • Instructor means any person employed by the college to conduct classes.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Non-Network Provider means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
