Adjusted Discount definition

Adjusted Discount means, with respect to any Purchased Receivable for a Settlement Period, an amount determined as follows:
Adjusted Discount. = NFV x DR x (Days / 360), in which:
Adjusted Discount means, for any Call Option, the sum of (i) the Reserve Discount for the corresponding Put Option, and (ii) the Unused Cost of Carry.
