Adjusted Discount definition

Adjusted Discount means, with respect to any Purchased Receivable for a Settlement Period, an amount determined as follows:
Adjusted Discount. = NFV x DR x (Days / 360), in which: Term Definition
Adjusted Discount or "AD" means the product of (i) the APNA and (ii) the Discount Percentage.
