Bid Amount definition

Bid Amount has the meaning provided in Article VII.
Bid Amount means in relation to each Bid, the highest value of the Bids indicated in the Bid cum Application Form and in the case of Retail Individual Bidders, Bidding at the Cut-off Price, the Cap Price multiplied by the number of Equity Shares Bid for by such Retail Individual Bidder, indicated in the Bid cum Application Form and payable by the Bidder or blocked in the ASBA Account of the Bidder, as the case may be, upon submission of the Bid.
Bid Amount means the highest value of optional Bids indicated in the Bid cum Application Form, and payable by an Anchor Investor or blocked in the ASBA Account of an ASBA Bidder, as the case may be, upon submission of the Bid in the Offer;

More Definitions of Bid Amount

Bid Amount or‘ Bid Price’ means the total bid amount indicated by the bidder in schedule (Price bid or Bill of Quantities) of the bid documents.
Bid Amount means the amount of Bid of the successful Bidder;

However, Eligible Employees applying in the Employee Reservation Portion can apply at the Cut-off Price and the Bid Amount shall be Cap Price net of Employee Discount, multiplied by the number of Equity Shares Bid for by such Eligible Employee and mentioned in the Bid cum Application Form. The maximum Bid Amount under the Employee Reservation Portion by an Eligible Employee shall not exceed ₹500,000 (net of Employee Discount). However, the initial Allotment to an Eligible Employee in the Employee Reservation Portion shall not exceed ₹200,000 (net of Employee Discount). Only in the event of an undersubscription in the Employee Reservation Portion post initial Allotment, such unsubscribed portion may be Allotted on a proportionate basis to Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion, for a value in excess of ₹200,000 (net of Employee Discount) subject to the total Allotment to an Eligible Employee not exceeding ₹500,000 (net of Employee Discount);

The maximum Bid Amount under the Employee Reservation Portion by an Eligible Employee shall not exceed ₹ 0.50 million (net of Employee Discount). However, the initial Allotment to an Eligible Employee in the Employee Reservation Portion shall not exceed ₹ 0.20 million (net of Employee Discount). Only in the event of an under-subscription in the Employee Reservation Portion post initial Allotment, such unsubscribed portion may be Allotted on a proportionate basis to Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion, for a value in excess of ₹ 0.20 million (net of Employee Discount) subject to the total Allotment to an Eligible Employee not exceeding ₹ 0.50 million (net of Employee Discount)
Bid Amount means the highest value of optional Bids indicated in the Bid cum Application Form and, in the case of Retail Individual Bidders Bidding at the Cut off Price, the Cap Price multiplied by the number of Equity Shares Bid for by such Retail Individual Bidder and mentioned in the Bid cum Application Form and payable by the Bidder or blocked in the ASBA Account of the ASBA Bidders, as the case maybe, upon submission of the Bid in the Issue, as applicable;
Bid Amount means a amount payable in six equated installment to be paid at a interval of six months within a period of three years by the "DEVELOPER" to the "OWNERS" for implementation of the project as specified in this Agreement.
