Effective upon the Company’s acceptance of this Subscription Agreement, the Subscriber shall be a member of the Company, and the Subscriber agrees to adhere to and be bound by, the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement as if the Subscriber were a party to it (and grants to the Administrative Manager the power of attorney described therein).
