Joint Venture Investments definition

Joint Venture Investments means Investments in any joint venture in an aggregate amount not to exceed the greater of $120.0 million and (b) 30% of Run-Rate Adjusted EBITDA as of the applicable date of determination.
Joint Venture Investments means the aggregate amount of Borrower’s investments (valued in accordance with GAAP), advances and loans to Joint Ventures unconsolidated under GAAP.

Joint Venture Investments means Investments in any Joint Venture (other than an Unrestricted Subsidiary) in an aggregate amount not to exceed the greater of (a) 25.00% of Closing Date EBITDA and (b) 25.00 % of TTM Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA as of the applicable date of determination provided that, in the case of any Investment, no Specified Event of Default has occurred or is continuing or would result therefrom.
