Joint Venture Investments definition

Joint Venture Investments means Investments in any joint venture in an aggregate amount not to exceed the greater of $120.0 million and (b) 30% of Run-Rate Adjusted EBITDA as of the applicable date of determination.
Joint Venture Investments means any investment, capital contribution, advance, loan, or guaranty, or any other investment by the Borrower or any of its Subsidi aries in a joint venture related to any business permitted by Section 8.08.
