Administrator Fee definition

Administrator Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Administrator as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

More Definitions of Administrator Fee

Administrator Fee means, for any Payment Date, the compensation payable to the Administrator on such Payment Date in accordance with the terms of, and designated as such in, the Administrative Services Agreement.
