Trustee Fee definition

Trustee Fee. As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Stated Principal Balance with respect to such Distribution Date.

Trustee Fee. The fee payable to the Trustee on each Distribution Date for its services as Trustee hereunder, in an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Trustee Fee Rate: 0.01% per annum.

Trustee Fee. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate multiplied by the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the Related Loan Group immediately following the Due Date in the month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

Examples of Trustee Fee in a sentence

The Trust will pay the Indenture Trustee as compensation for performing its obligations under this Indenture the Indenture Trustee Fee.

As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month's interest at the related Trustee Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the preceding Distribution Date (or as of the Closing Date in the case of the first Distribution Date) or, in the event of any payment of interest which accompanies a Principal Prepayment in Full made by the Mortgagor, interest at the Trustee Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan for the period covered by such payment of interest.

Trustee Fee shall have the meaning given to such term or an analogous term in each of the Note A-1 PSA and the Note A-2 PSA.

Trustee Fee. With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (x) one-twelfth of the Trustee Fee Rate and (y) the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans as of the opening of business on the first day of the related Collection Period.
