Other than the rights granted to the Administrator Indemnified Parties and the MLOA Indemnified Parties under Section 11.1 and Section 11.2, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any Person, other than the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein.
Except as set forth in Article XIX with respect to the Administrator Indemnified Parties and the Company Indemnified Parties, this Agreement is not intended to confer upon any Person other than the Parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns any rights or remedies.
