Admission and Disclosure Standards definition

Admission and Disclosure Standards means the “Admission and Disclosure Standards” of the London Stock Exchange containing, among other things, the admission requirements to be observed by companies seeking admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities, as amended from time to time;
Admission and Disclosure Standards means the requirements contained in the Admission and Disclosure Standards published by the London Stock Exchange containing, among other things, the admission requirements to be met by companies seeking admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities, as amended or updated from time to time.
Admission and Disclosure Standards means the Admission and Disclosure Standards of the London Stock Exchange as revised from time to time;

  • If the Exchange considers that an issuer has contravened these rules it may impose any sanction or disciplinary measure that it considers appropriate and as set out in section 5 of the Admission and Disclosure Standards.
