Adoption year definition

Adoption year means the calendar year which is no later than three years subsequent to the year in which the plan is first adopted in accordance with the process established in Chapter 297 of the general statutes and at least every third year subsequent to the last adoption.

  • Nonhighly Compensated Employee means an Employee who is not a Highly Compensated Employee.

  • Open Year has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(r)(iii).
