Adult Lounge means an adult cabaret, as defined above, which is a permitted or licensed premises pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, where alcoholic beverages may be served or sold.

  • Adult cabaret means a nightclub, bar, restaurant, or similar commercial establishment which regularly features:
