Member of the household means any person who resides with the public official.

Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:
Immediate jeopardy means a crisis situation in which the health and safety of patients is at risk. It is a deficient practice which indicates an inability to furnish safe care and services.
Household member means an adult living in the private residence out of which a program is operated, regardless of whether the adult is living there permanently or temporarily.
Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term shall include xxxxxx children and legal wards even if they do not live in the household. The term does not include persons sharing the same general house, when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune;

Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
Member of the Service means a person appointed in a substantive capacity under the provisions of these rules and orders/rules in force previous to the commencement of these rules, to a post in the cadre of the service.
Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation or "CPR" means artificial ventilation or external chest compression applied to a person who is unresponsive and not breathing.
