Upon the death of any holder of Shares who is a natural Person, such Shares may be distributed by the will or other instrument taking effect at death of such holder or by applicable laws of descent and distribution to such holder’s estate, executors, administrators and personal representatives, and then to such holder’s heirs, legatees or distributees, whether or not such recipients are Members of the Immediate Family of such holder or a Charitable Organization.
Upon the death of any Stockholder who is a natural person, such Stockholder’s Shares may be distributed by the will or other instrument taking effect at death of such Stockholder or by applicable laws of descent and distribution to such Stockholder’s estate, executors, administrators and personal representatives, and then to such Stockholder’s heirs, legatees or distributees, whether or not such recipients are Members of the Immediate Family of such Stockholder.
