Advance duties for the cadre will be available on a call out rota on OIS.
Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
Payment Duties The meaning specified in Section 7.2(b)(vii).
Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.
Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.
Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.
Servicing Addendum The terms and conditions attached hereto as Exhibit 8 which will govern the servicing of the Mortgage Loans by Seller during the Preliminary Servicing Period.
Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.
Interim Servicing Agreement The agreement to be entered into by the Purchaser and the Interim Servicer, providing for the Interim Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans as specified by the Interim Servicing Agreement.
Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.
Servicer Advance or "Servicing Advance" as defined in the applicable Purchase and Servicing Agreement.
Primary Servicing Agreement means the agreement between the applicable Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer, under which such applicable Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans set forth on the schedule attached thereto.
Advance Payments means the payments made by Customer in advance of delivery with respect of an Aircraft pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
Servicing Advance shall have the meaning given thereto in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Note A-2 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.
Servicing Agent means, with respect to an eNote, the field entitled, “Servicing Agent” in the MERS eRegistry.
Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.
Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).
Non-Lead Servicing Agreement means the pooling and servicing agreement, trust and servicing agreement or other similar agreement to be entered into in connection with a Non-Lead Securitization Note.
Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
Performance of duties means duties performed within the employee’s authorized scope of employment and performed in the line of duty.
Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).
