Advanced life support nontransport vehicle definition

Advanced life support nontransport vehicle means a motor vehicle other than an ambulance, owned or leased by a certified emergency medical service provider organization, that provides advanced life support but does not supply patient transport from the scene of the emergency. The term does not include an employer-owned or employer-operated vehicle used for first aid purposes within or upon the employer's premises.
