Advertising Format definition

Advertising Format means an ordinary technical execution of the advertising message, which is different from the Advertising Spot and/or the Non-Standard Advertising, referred to in the Technical Conditions of Internet Advertisement and the relevant Internet Advertisement Price List; “Advertising Position” shall mean a specific space, including space within an audiovisual, visual-only or audio-only program, or elsewhere on the web page of the given service on the Server where the individual Advertising shall be presented. The Advertising Positions may be specified in the relevant Internet Advertisement Price List;
Advertising Format means, and information shall be provided separately for, each type of ad by media type (e.g., text, photo, or video), ad type (e.g., carousel ad, slideshow ad, collection ad, playable ad), and location (e.g., specific locations on a web page or app) the Company uses to place advertisements for any Person on any Digital Advertising Service or any other application or website, whether or not owned by the Company.
Advertising Format means any advertisement in any format displayed on ViuTV Digital and includes without limitation banner ads, native ads, splash ads and all other advertising formats specified in the Rate Card for ViuTV Digital.

Examples of Advertising Format in a sentence

  • It is the duty of the Advertiser and the Advertising Agent to ensure that the Advertisement provided will run for the exact duration of its Spot or Advertising Format, as per the Booking.

  • The Advertiser and the Advertising Agent shall, nonetheless, remain liable to pay for the full amount of Fees for the whole duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked.

  • The Advertiser and the Advertising Agent shall not resell, assign or transfer any of its rights under any Booking (including any Spot and/or Advertising Format) other than with PCCW's prior written consent.

  • PCCW shall be entitled to cancel the scheduled transmission of any Program or Spots, or the exhibition of any Advertising Format, without cause and without any prior notice to the Advertiser and/or the Advertising Agent.

  • If the Advertiser or the Advertising Agent supplies any Advertisement which exceeds the duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked, PCCW shall at its sole discretion either transmit such part of the Advertisement that will run for the exact duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked or charge the Advertiser and/or Advertising Agent an additional sum for the transmission of the Advertisement which exceeded the duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked.

  • If the Advertisement provided runs for a shorter duration of time than the Spot or Advertising Format as booked, PCCW shall have the right but not the duty to exploit the un-used Spot or Advertising Format.

  • The Advertiser and the Advertising Agent jointly and severally undertake to pay all Fees due to PCCW for the Booking upon the placing of that Booking or ten (10) Business Days prior to the scheduled transmission or exhibition of the first Spot or Advertising Format booked, whichever is later unless a credit facility (usually a period of thirty (30) days) is granted by PCCW to the Advertiser and/or the Advertising Agent.

  • The deadline for submission of a Booking to PCCW shall be four (4) Business Days before the scheduled date of transmission or exhibition of the Advertisement in its first Spot or Advertising Format (as applicable).

  • If the Advertiser or the Advertising Agent fails to meet the aforesaid timeline or fails to submit the aforesaid materials in PCCW’s prescribed format, PCCW shall have the right to exploit the Spot or Advertising Format originally booked by the Advertiser or the Advertising Agent but the Advertiser and the Advertising Agent shall, nonetheless, remain liable to pay for the full amount of Fees for the whole duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked.

  • If the Advertiser or the Advertising Agent fails to meet the aforesaid timeline or fails to submit the aforesaid materials in HKTVE’s prescribed format, HKTVE shall have the right to exploit the Spot or Advertising Format originally booked by the Advertiser or the Advertising Agent but the Advertiser and the Advertising Agent shall, nonetheless, remain liable to pay for the full amount of Fees for the whole duration of the Spot or Advertising Format booked.

Related to Advertising Format

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Marketing Material means (a) customary bank books, information memoranda and other information packages regarding the business, operations, financial condition, projections and prospects of the Companies and their Subsidiaries, including all information relating to the transactions contemplated hereunder and (b) a customary “road show presentation” and a preliminary and final offering memorandum or private placement memorandum that is suitable for use in a customary “high-yield road show”, in each case required in connection with the Financing.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.
