AEISC Amount definition

AEISC Amount means, with respect to any Eligible Contract issued prior to July, 1999, 50% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to such Eligible Contract; and with respect to any Eligible Contract issued after September 1, 2002, 35% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to such Eligible Contract.
AEISC Amount means, with respect to any Eligible Contract: (i) 50% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to all such Eligible Contracts issued during the period from July 1, 1999 through and including August 31, 1999; (ii) 30% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to all such Eligible Contracts issued from September 1, 1999 though and including December 31, 2000; and (iii) 25% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to all such Eligible Contracts issued from July 1, 2003 until such time as this Agreement is terminated or modified by mutual agreement of the parties.
AEISC Amount as set forth in Section 1 of the 1999 Agreement shall be amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:

Examples of AEISC Amount in a sentence

  • AEISC shall have no obligation to pay a AEISC Amount in respect of any Replacement Contract.

  • Subject to Section 2.02 below, AEISC shall pay, or cause to be paid, the AEISC Amount on each Eligible Contract to the Sales Agent entitled to the Sales Agent Commission thereon at the time such Sales Agent Commission is to be paid pursuant to the terms of such Sales Agent's Commission Agreement.

AEISC Amount shall be deleted in its entirety and the following shall be inserted in lieu thereof:
AEISC Amount means:
AEISC Amount means, with respect to any Eligible Contract, the greater of (i) 5% of the Premium collected by American Equity in respect of the sale of such Eligible Contract and (ii) 50% of the Sales Agent Commission payable with respect to such Eligible Contract.

Related to AEISC Amount

  • L/C Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate face amount of any issued and outstanding Letters of Credit and (ii) the unpaid amount of the Obligation of Reimbursement.

  • M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).
