Aeronautical Services definition

Aeronautical Services means service or activity that involves, makes possible, or is required for the operation of Aircraft, or that contributes to or is required for the safety of such operations of Aircraft. The following services/activities commonly conducted at the Airport are Aeronautical Services within this definition: charter operations, air cargo operations, pilot training, Aircraft rental and sightseeing, aerial photography, crop dusting, aerial advertising, air ambulance services, surveying, air-carrier operations, Aircraft sales and services, sale of aviation petroleum products, repair and maintenance of Aircraft, sale of Aircraft parts, and any other activities that, because of their direct relationship to the operation of an Aircraft, can appropriately be regarded as an “Aeronautical Service.”

Examples of Aeronautical Services in a sentence

• In addition to the Operating Standards set forth in Section below, Operator shall provide all Aeronautical Services and Nonaeronautical Services in compliance with all the Minimum Standards Ordinance and all other Applicable Laws.

• The Minimum Standards Ordinance shall constitute the minimum operating standards to be met by Operator in order to conduct any aeronautical activity or endeavor, including, but not limited to, the Aeronautical Services, at the Airport or on the Airport Property.

• Operator shall pay all administrative costs or other miscellaneous costs associated with its operation of the Aeronautical Services, Nonaeronautical Services, and Commercial Enterprises, including but not limited to costs of office supplies, postage or printing, training expenses, and costs of furniture or fixtures.

• Operator shall provide a sufficient number of personnel to adequately and safely carry out its Specialized Commercial Aeronautical Services and Activities in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner adequate to meet the reasonable demands of the public seeking services.

• Enhancements to an architecture are appropriate when they: • are applicable to a wide market • provide long-term benefit • maintain architectural scalability • are standardized to prevent fragmentation • are a superset of the existing architecture The MIPS Architecture community constantly evaluates suggestions for architectural changes and enhancements against these criteria.

• Entities engaged in Commercial Fueling must be authorized to conduct Commercial Fueling operations under the Minimum Standards for Aeronautical Services.

• An FBO may also be authorized by the City to offer additional Commercial Aeronautical Services.

• Operator shall conduct its Specialized Commercial Aeronautical Services and Activities on and from the Leased premises in a first-class manner which shall be consistent with the degree of care and skill usually exercised by experienced Operators providing comparable products, services, and Activities from similar facilities in like markets.
