Aerospace facilities means facilities and infrastructure in this state used primarily to provide aerospace services, includ- ing: laboratories and research facilities; office, storage, and man- ufacturing facilities; instructional and other educational facilities; space museums; and other buildings, equipment, and instruments related to the operations of the aerospace industry or to providing aerospace services.
