Affected engine definition

Affected engine means any stationary internal combustion engine that is a large NOx SIP call engine, or other stationary internal combustion engine that is subject to NOx control under a compliance plan established pursuant to paragraph (B) of rule 3745-14-12 of the Administrative Code.
