Affected Practitioner definition

Affected Practitioner means the applicant or Member subject to the adverse action or recommendation.
Affected Practitioner means the Member or Applicant against whom a proposed Adverse Action is pending.

Affected Practitioner means the medical staff member or applicant for medical staff membership, or other individual credentialed though the Medical Staff processes, with respect to whom any of the actions specified in Section 3B below has been taken or recommended, and whose staff membership or privileges may be affected thereby.
