Affected Secured Creditor definition

Affected Secured Creditor means the holder of an Affected Secured Claim in respect, and to the extent of, such Affected Secured Claim;
Affected Secured Creditor means a holder of an Affected Secured Lender Claim;
Affected Secured Creditor means, for purposes of the CCAA Plan, any Holder of an Affected Secured Claim.

  • Required Secured Creditors means (i) at any time when any Credit Document Obligations are outstanding or any Commitments under the Credit Agreement exist, the Required Lenders (or, to the extent provided in Section 13.12 of the Credit Agreement, each of the Lenders) and (ii) at any time after all of the Credit Document Obligations have been paid in full and all Commitments under the Credit Agreement have been terminated and no further Commitments may be provided thereunder, the holders of a majority of the Other Obligations.

  • Second Priority Debt Obligations means the Initial Second Priority Debt Obligations and, with respect to any series, issue or class of Second Priority Debt, (a) all principal of, and interest (including, without limitation, any interest which accrues after the commencement of any Bankruptcy Case, whether or not allowed or allowable as a claim in any such proceeding) payable with respect to, such Second Priority Debt, (b) all other amounts payable to the related Second Priority Debt Parties under the related Second Priority Debt Documents and (c) any renewals or extensions of the foregoing.
