Affected System Network Upgrades definition

Affected System Network Upgrades means the additions, modifications, and upgrades to New England Transmission System required to accommodate Affected System Interconnection Customer’s proposed interconnection to a transmission system other than New England Transmission System. Affected System Operator shall mean the entity that operates an External Affected System. Affected System Queue Position shall mean the queue position of an External Affected System Interconnection Customer in System Operator’s interconnection queue relative to System Operator’s Interconnection Customers’ Queue Positions. Affected System Study shall mean the evaluation of External Affected System Interconnection Customers’ proposed interconnection(s) to a transmission system outside the New England Control Area that have an impact on the New England System Operator’s Transmission System, as described in Section 9 of this SGIP.
Affected System Network Upgrades means the additions, modifications, and upgrades to New England Transmission Provider’s Transmission System required to accommodate Affected System Interconnection Customer’s proposed interconnection to a transmission system other than New England Transmission Provider’s Transmission System. Affected System Operator shall mean the entity that operates an Affected System.

  • Affected System Facilities Construction Agreement shall mean the agreement contained in Appendix 11 to this LGIP that is made between Interconnecting Transmission Owner and Affected System Interconnection Customer to facilitate the construction of and to set forth cost responsibility for necessary Affected System Network Upgrades on the New England Transmission System.
