Affiliated Group Member definition

Affiliated Group Member means any organization which supports the sport of swimming and the objectives and programs of VSI and USA Swimming, but which does not have athlete members and coach members, which is in good standing as a group member of VSI and USA Swimming, and which is neither a club member or a seasonal member.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, only the assets of the Trust that relate directly to the Accounts of Participants who are current or former employees of an Affiliated Group Member shall be considered assets of such Affiliated Group Member which are subject to the claims of the general creditors of such Affiliated Group Members under federal and state law in the event of such Affiliated Group Member becomes Insolvent.
