Affordable Housing Land definition

Affordable Housing Land means the land upon which the Affordable Housing Units will be built;

Affordable Housing Land means the [plots / area of land] forming part of the Land [shown edged blue on the Plan]12 upon which the Affordable Dwellings are to be constructed

Affordable Housing Land means the land shown edged red on Plan [ ] attached to this Agreement where the Affordable Housing Units are to be provided

More Definitions of Affordable Housing Land

Affordable Housing Land means the area(s) of land within the Development Site on which the Affordable Housing Units are to be provided as agreed by the Council;
