Affordable Dwellings means any one of the [specify number]11 dwellings (including any associated parking space(s) and residential curtilage) referred to in the Application and/or the approved Affordable Housing Scheme [in accordance with the Affordable Housing Mix] comprising: [delete as appropriate]
Affordable Dwellings means a Dwelling to be provided as Affordable Housing together with rights and easements over the Site[9] to provide access to the Dwelling and such entrance way corridors parking areas and other ancillary areas as are necessary for the enjoyment of such a Dwelling including car parking in accordance with this Schedule[10]

Affordable Dwellings means the 40% of the Dwellings (rounded up to the nearest whole Dwelling) together with associated vehicle and cycle parking to be provided by the Owner on the Land (equating to ● Dwellings) of which 60% shall be Affordable Rented Units (equating to Dwellings) and 40% shall be Shared Ownership Units (equating to and which are to be transferred to a Registered Provider for housing persons in Housing Need in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule "Affordable Rented Units" means the Affordable Dwellings that will be let to persons in Housing Need at an Affordable Rent in accordance with the HCA’s Tenancy Standard (April Comment [RF54]: Tenancy Standard (April 2012) 2012) as may be amended updated or replaced from time to time
Affordable Dwellings means the Dwellings to be provided pursuant to the Planning Permission to be Occupied as Affordable Housing in accordance with the Affordable Housing Policy Requirement and Affordable Housing Scheme (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council) “Affordable Housing” subsidised housing that will be available to persons who cannot afford to rent or buy housing generally available on the open market in accordance with and defined in Annex 2 of the NPPF including Intermediate Dwellings and Affordable Dwellings for Rent
Affordable Dwellings the Dwellings to be constructed to Design & Quality Standards on the Site as Affordable Housing and “Affordable Dwelling” shall be construed accordingly

Affordable Dwellings means the dwellings being 40% rounded to the nearest whole number of the total number of dwellings to be constructed on the Application Site to a maximum of 26 constructed and completed as Affordable Housing on the Affordable Housing Land and where the context so admits shall be constructed to include Affordable Housing Land.
Affordable Dwellings means a Dwelling to be provided for Affordable Housing in accordance with this Deed "Affordable Housing" means housing which is available to persons who have a housing need or are on a low income insufficient to meet their housing need in the open market either to rent or purchase "Advertising Scheme" means the marketing protocol applicable to subsequent sales of Private Intermediate Dwellings including Discount Market Dwellings to Qualifying Purchasers for the Minimum Timeframe and by a reputable local estate agent and/or through another physical or online platform facilitating the marketing of Intermediate Dwellings and reasonably approved by the Council in writing. "Affordable Housing Agreement" means an agreement for the construction and transfer of Affordable Dwellings between the Owner and Affordable Housing Provider on terms that shall include the following:
