Agency Custodian definition

Agency Custodian means the employee at a certified agency who is responsible for administering the certified agency’s EBAT program.

Agency Custodian means the custodian designated in (i) the Master Xxxxxx Xxx Custodial Agreement, (ii) the Master Xxxxxx Mae Custodial Agreement or (iii) the Master Xxxxxxx Mac Custodial Agreement, as applicable, which will be Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. or any other Agency Custodian approved by Buyer in its sole discretion as set forth in the Addendum.

Agency Custodian means the custodian designated by the applicable Agency to accept delivery of and certify Pools for purchase or guarantee, as applicable, by such Agency.

• Providers unable to provide this assurance shall transfer relevant program records to the County of Orange Health Care Agency, Custodian of Records.

• Buyer shall cause the Custodian to make available to the Agency Custodian the Mortgage Files related to such Purchased Mortgage Loans to enable the Agency Custodian to complete the initial certification(s) pursuant to the Guide.

• Seller is obligated to obtain Purchased Mortgage Loans and MBS not shipped to an Approved Takeout Investor or an Agency Custodian from Administrative Agent or its designee on the related Repurchase Date.
