Agency Guides definition

Agency Guides means the Xxxxxx Mae Guide, the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide, and the Xxxxxx Mae Guide.

Agency Guides. The Xxxxxx Xxx Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Guide, the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide, the FHA Regulations, the VA Regulations or the RD Regulations, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time (i) by Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, the FHA, the VA or the RD, as applicable, in the ordinary course of business and not at the request of Seller, Guarantor or any of their respective Affiliates and provided that any such amendment, supplement or other modification is applicable to at least one other Person that is not an Affiliate of Seller or Guarantor in addition to Seller and Guarantor or (ii) at the request of Guarantor to Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Mac, the FHA, the VA or the RD, as applicable, and as to which with respect to this clause (ii), (x) Guarantor has given prior written notice to Buyer of any such amendment, supplement or other modification and (y) Buyer shall not have reasonably objected.

Agency Guides means the Xxxxxx Xxx Single Family Selling Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Single Family Servicing Guide, the Xxxxxxx Mac Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Mortgage Backed Securities Guide and any other guide issued by any Agency.

Examples of Agency Guides in a sentence

• Seller currently holds all approvals, authorizations and other licenses from the Takeout Buyer and the Agencies required under the Agency Guides (or otherwise) to originate, purchase, hold, service and sell Mortgage Loans of the types to be transferred hereunder.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller may amend, modify or waive any term or condition of the individual Mortgage Loans in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices and the Agency Guides; provided, that Seller shall promptly notify Purchaser of any amendment, modification or waiver that causes any Mortgage Loan to cease to be an Eligible Mortgage Loan.

• Each Agency Eligible Mortgage Loan was originated in Strict Compliance with and remains in compliance with the applicable Agency Guides.

• Without limiting the foregoing, Seller shall comply in all material respects with all applicable (1) Agency Guides, (2) Privacy Requirements, including the GLB Act and Safeguards Rules promulgated thereunder, (3) consumer protection laws and regulations, (4) licensing and approval requirements applicable to Seller’s origination of Mortgage Loans and (5) other laws and regulations referenced in the definition of “Requirement(s) of Law”.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller may amend, modify or waive any term or condition of the individual Mortgage Loans in accordance with Accepted Servicing Practices and the Agency Guides; provided, that Seller shall promptly notify Purchaser of any amendment, modification or waiver that causes any Purchased Mortgage Loan to cease to be an Eligible Mortgage Loan.

Agency Guides means the GNMA Guide, the Xxxxxx Mae Guide and/or the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide, as the context may require, in each case as such guidelines have been or may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by GNMA, Xxxxxx Mae or Xxxxxxx Mac, as applicable, in the ordinary course of business and as modified for Seller.

Agency Guides means the FHLMC Guide, the FNMA Guide and the GNMA Guide.

Agency Guides means the FNMA Single Family Selling Guide, the FNMA Single Family Servicing Guide, the FHLMC Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, the GNMA Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide and any other guide issued by any Agency.
