Agency Obligor definition

Agency Obligor means with respect to a Receivable, any Obligor that is (i) the advertising agency, agent or licensee of the related Advertiser Obligor or (ii) any other Person other than the Advertiser Obligor.
Agency Obligor means with respect to a Receivable, any Obligor that is (i) the advertising agency, agent or licensee of the related Advertiser Obligor or (ii) any other Person other than the Advertiser Obligor. “ Agency Receivable ” means any Receivable that has one or more Agency Obligors with respect thereto.

Related to Agency Obligor

  • Obligor on the indenture securities means the Issuer and any other obligor on the indenture securities. All other TIA terms used in this Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined by TIA reference to another statute or defined by Commission rule have the meaning assigned to them by such definitions.

  • Agency Office The office of the Issuing Entity maintained pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Indenture.

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.

  • Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.

  • Eligible Institution Any of the following:

  • Depository Institution Any depository institution or trust company, including the Trustee, that (a) is incorporated under the laws of the United States of America or any State thereof, (b) is subject to supervision and examination by federal or state banking authorities and (c) has outstanding unsecured commercial paper or other short-term unsecured debt obligations that are rated P-1 by Moody's, F1+ by Fitch and A-1 by Standard & Poor's.
