Agency record definition

Agency record means records prepared, obtained or maintained by a public or private agency with regard to a child who is or has been under its care, custody or supervision or with regard to a family member or other person living in the home of such child and shall include but not be limited to:
Agency record means the record before the agency, including the agency file, exhibits offered and received (or the subject of an offer of proof), and the transcript of oral proceedings, or the shortened part of the record if the parties have so stipulated pursuant to ORS 183.482(4), regardless of whether the agency actually conducted a hearing.
Agency record means for all cases the electronic files maintained in EDMS, filings the agency maintains in paper form when permitted by these rules, and exhibits and other materials filed with or delivered to and maintained by the agency.
