Aggregate Annual Net Sales definition

Aggregate Annual Net Sales means, for each calendar year starting with the calendar year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs for a Product, the total Net Sales of such Product during such calendar year.
Aggregate Annual Net Sales of a Licensed Product shall mean aggregate Net Sales of such Licensed Product by Licensee and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Territory in a calendar year.
Aggregate Annual Net Sales has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a) (Royalty Payments).

More Definitions of Aggregate Annual Net Sales
