Aggregate Certificate Balance when used with respect to Certificates, means, at any time of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of any two or more Principal Balance Certificates or of all the Certificates of any particular Class or Classes of Principal Balance Certificates, or, when used with respect to an EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, shall have the same meaning as “Certificate Balance”, or, when used with respect to a Class PST Component, shall mean the Class A-S-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest, the Class B-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest or the Class C-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest, as applicable.
Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.
Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.
Class A Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Accrual Period with respect to the Class A Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR plus 0.11%.
Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.
Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.
Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date for each Class of LIBOR Certificates, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the related Class Certificate Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date, as reduced by such Class's share of Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 4.02.
Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.
Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).
Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
Class B Certificate Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to the Class B Certificates, a per annum rate equal to LIBOR as of the LIBOR Determination Date for such Interest Period plus the Class B Certificate Rate Spread.
Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.
Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
Cumulative Appraisal Reduction Amount As of any date of determination by the Special Servicer, the sum of (i) all Appraisal Reduction Amounts then in effect, and (ii) with respect to any AB Modified Loan, any Collateral Deficiency Amount then in effect. The Certificate Administrator and the Master Servicer shall be entitled to conclusively rely on the Special Servicer’s calculation or determination of any Cumulative Appraisal Reduction Amount. None of the Master Servicer, the Trustee nor the Certificate Administrator shall calculate or verify any Cumulative Appraisal Reduction Amount.
REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.
Aggregate Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Noteholders’ Regular Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date.
Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.
FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.
Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.
Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.
Group I Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group I Allocation Percentage.
Subordinate Certificate Writedown Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount by which (i) the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all the Certificates (after giving effect to the distribution of principal and the application of Realized Losses in reduction of the Certificate Principal Amounts of the Certificates on such Distribution Date) exceeds (ii) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.
Class A Certificate Group The Group I Class A Certificates or the Group II Class A Certificates, as applicable.
Class Y Principal Reduction Amounts For any Distribution Date, the amounts by which the Class Principal Balances of the Class Y-1 and Class Y-2 Regular Interests, respectively, will be reduced on such Distribution Date by the allocation of Realized Losses and the distribution of principal, determined as described in Appendix 1.
Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date over (ii)(a) the Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.
Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
