Aggregate Class 3 Net Collateral Balance definition

Aggregate Class 3 Net Collateral Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the portion of the Aggregate Net Collateral Balance allocable to Class 3 Loans as of such date of determination.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class outstanding on such date.

  • REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Class A Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.

  • Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance At any given time, the sum of the then current Class Principal Balances of the Certificates.

  • Aggregate Principal Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the sum of the Principal Balances for all Receivables (other than (i) any Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period and (ii) any Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period) as of the date of determination.

  • Aggregate Certificate Balance when used with respect to Certificates, means, at any time of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of any two or more Principal Balance Certificates or of all the Certificates of any particular Class or Classes of Principal Balance Certificates, or, when used with respect to an EX XXXXX III Regular Interest, shall have the same meaning as “Certificate Balance”, or, when used with respect to a Class PST Component, shall mean the Class A-S-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest, the Class B-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest or the Class C-PST Percentage Interest of the Certificate Balance of the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest, as applicable.

  • Aggregate Note Principal Balance With respect to the close of a Distribution Date, the sum of the Note Principal Balances for all classes of Notes.

  • Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class C Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

  • Original Class B Principal Balance The sum of the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance, Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and Original Class B-6 Principal Balance, as set forth in Section 11.14.

  • CLASS M PRINCIPAL BALANCE As of any Distribution Date, (a) the Class M Principal Balance for the immediately preceding Distribution Date less (b) amounts distributed to the Class M Certificateholders on such preceding Distribution Date allocable to principal (including the principal portion of Advances of the Servicer made pursuant to Section 6.03 and Realized Losses allocated to the Class M Certificates pursuant to Section 6.04); provided that the Class M Principal Balance on the first Distribution Date shall be the Original Class M Principal Balance, and provided further that if the aggregate Outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates has been reduced to zero, as of any Distribution Date, the Class M Principal Balance will equal the excess of the Mortgage Pool Principal Balance (together with the portion of any Monthly Payment due but not paid with respect to which an Advance has not been made) over the Class A Principal Balance.
