Aggregate Collateral definition

Aggregate Collateral means, collectively, the Collateral (as defined herein) and the Collateral (as defined in the Pledge Agreement).
Aggregate Collateral. Balance: As of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Due Period.
Aggregate Collateral means, collectively, the Prepetition Collateral and the DIP Collateral.

Examples of Aggregate Collateral in a sentence

  • On any Distribution Date on which the sum of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and the appraised value of the REO Properties at the time of repurchase is less than 10% of the sum of the Aggregate Collateral Balance of the Mortgage Loans, the Optional Termination Holder will have the option to repurchase, in whole, from the Trust Fund all remaining Mortgage Loans and REO Properties at a purchase price determined as provided in the Agreement.

  • The right to repurchase all Mortgage Loans and REO Properties pursuant to clause (a) above shall be conditioned upon the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and the appraised value of the REO Properties at the time of any such repurchase, aggregating less than ten percent of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Discharge of the Credit Agreement Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral; provided that the Discharge of Credit Agreement Obligations shall not be deemed to have occurred in connection with a Refinancing of such Credit Agreement Obligations with additional First Lien Obligations secured by such Shared Collateral under an Additional First Lien Document which has been designated in writing by the Administrative Agent (under the Credit Agreement so Refinanced) to the Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and each other Authorized Representative as the “Credit Agreement” for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Credit Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.

  • Aggregate Commitments means the Commitments of all the Lenders.

  • Hedge Collateral Defined in Section 5.3(b).

  • Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment means Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000), subject to reduction or termination under Sections 2.11 or 9.2 hereof.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposures means, at any time, the sum of (a) the unused portion of each Revolving Credit Commitment then in effect, (b) the unused portion of each Term Commitment then in effect and (c) the Total Outstandings at such time.

  • Aggregate Borrowing Base means the aggregate amount of the U.S. Borrowing Base and the Canadian Borrowing Base; provided that the maximum amount of the Canadian Borrowing Base which may be included in the Aggregate Borrowing Base is the Canadian Sublimit.

  • Loan Obligations means (a) the due and punctual payment by the Borrower of (i) the unpaid principal of and interest (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) on the Loans made to the Borrower under this Agreement, when and as due, whether at maturity, by acceleration, upon one or more dates set for prepayment or otherwise, (ii) each payment required to be made by the Borrower under this Agreement in respect of any Letter of Credit, when and as due, including payments in respect of reimbursement of disbursements, interest thereon (including interest accruing during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding) and obligations to provide Cash Collateral and (iii) all other monetary obligations of the Borrower owed under or pursuant to this Agreement and each other Loan Document, including obligations to pay fees, expense reimbursement obligations and indemnification obligations, whether primary, secondary, direct, contingent, fixed or otherwise (including monetary obligations incurred during the pendency of any bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or other similar proceeding, regardless of whether allowed or allowable in such proceeding), and (b) the due and punctual payment of all obligations of each other Loan Party under or pursuant to each of the Loan Documents.

  • Canadian Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a Canadian Loan Party.

  • Aggregate Commitment Amount means, as of any date, the aggregate of all Commitment Amounts as of such date. On the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount is $125,000,000.

  • Swap Collateral Account means a single, segregated trust account in the name of the Indenture Trustee, which shall be designated as the “Swap Collateral Account” which shall be held in trust for the benefit of the Noteholders established pursuant to Section 4.8(e) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.]

  • Aggregate Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1A.

  • Aggregate Commitment means the aggregate of the Commitments of all of the Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment is $500,000,000.

  • Term Loan Priority Collateral as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Term Loan Collateral means all assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted to any Term Loan Secured Party as security for any Term Loan Obligation.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate of the Outstanding Credit Exposure of all the Lenders.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Priority Collateral means the ABL Priority Collateral or the Term Priority Collateral, as applicable.

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

  • Available Aggregate Commitment means, at any time, the Aggregate Commitment then in effect minus the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure at such time.
