Canadian Collateral definition

Canadian Collateral means any and all property of any Canadian Loan Party covered by the Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any Canadian Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Canadian Secured Obligations.
Canadian Collateral means all the “Collateral” as defined in any Canadian Security Document (including hypothecated property pursuant to a deed of hypothec) and all other property that is subject to any Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent or any Subagent for the benefit of the Lenders pursuant to any Canadian Security Documents.
Canadian Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a Canadian Credit Party.
