Canadian Collateral definition
Canadian Collateral means all of the Canadian Obligors’ personal property from time to time subject to the Agent’s Liens securing payment or performance of any Canadian Obligations pursuant to the Canadian Security Documents, other than Excluded Assets (as defined in the Canadian Security Agreement); provided that the term “Canadian Collateral” shall not include U.S. Collateral.
Canadian Collateral means any and all property of any Canadian Loan Party subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any Canadian Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document, in each case, to secure the Canadian Secured Obligations.
Canadian Collateral means Collateral consisting of assets or interests in assets of the Loan Parties located in Canada, and the proceeds thereof.

Furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent at least five (5) Business Days’ prior written notice of any change in: (i) any Loan Party’s name; or (ii) any Loan Party’s organizational structure or jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, the location of its registered office or chief executive office, the province or territory in which any Canadian Collateral is located, or the province or territory in which any U.S. Collateral is located in Canada.

Canadian Collateral means all the “Collateral” (or equivalent terminology, such as “Hypothecated Property”) as defined in the Initial Canadian Security Agreement and all other property (whether real, personal or otherwise) with respect to which any security interests or hypothecs have been granted (or purported to be granted) by the Canadian Credit Parties or will be granted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 9.13.
