Aggregate Committed Capital definition

Aggregate Committed Capital means the aggregate Capital Commitments (whether funded or unfunded) of all Common Unitholders.
Aggregate Committed Capital means, for a Party, on a given date, the sum of (1) the aggregate amount of the Committed Capital of such Party under all Applicable Joint Venture Agreements on such date, and (2) the aggregate amount of the Committed Capital of such Party’s Relatives under all Applicable Joint Venture Agreements on such date.
Aggregate Committed Capital means the sum of the committed capital of all general and limited partners and the committed capital of all partners of Parallel Funds.

Examples of Aggregate Committed Capital in a sentence

  • If the General Partner determines that the Partnership needs additional capital to acquire additional Securities, for the payment of Partnership Expenses or for any other proper Partnership purpose after the Partnership's expenditure of the Aggregate Committed Capital Contributions set forth on Schedule B, the General Partner may so notify the Limited Partner and permit voluntary additional Capital Contributions by the Limited Partner.
