Aggregate Concentration Limit definition

Aggregate Concentration Limit means, with respect to the Borrowing Base Investors, the concentration limits set forth below, calculated for each Investor classification as a percentage of the aggregate Unfunded Commitments of all Included Investors and Designated Investors: Investor Classification Concentration Limit Included Investors N/A Designated Investors 35%
Aggregate Concentration Limit means at any time, (a) for the Obligors of any one Approved Development, (i) on and after the date hereof but before the first anniversary hereof, an amount equal to 10% of the Gross Eligible Receivables Balance at such time, (ii) on and after the first anniversary hereof but before the second anniversary hereof, an amount equal to 7.5% of the Gross Eligible Receivables Balance at such time, and (iii) on and after the second anniversary hereof, an amount equal to 5.0% of the Gross Eligible Receivables Balance at such time and (b) for the Obligors of any other Development, an amount equal to 3% of the Gross Eligible Receivables Balance at such time.

Related to Aggregate Concentration Limit

  • Concentration Limit shall have the meaning set forth in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.

  • Concentration Limits means, as of any date of determination prior to (x) the Commitment Termination Date with respect to all items below and (y) the Final Maturity Date with respect to the concentration limit set forth in clause (d) below, for purposes of determining the Excess Concentration Amount and the Borrowing Base, the concentration limitations set forth below:

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Aggregate Commitment Amount means, as of any date, the aggregate of all Commitment Amounts as of such date. On the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount is $125,000,000.

  • Aggregate Collateral Balance means, as at any Measurement Date, the amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts, as at such Measurement Date:

  • Concentration Limitations Limitations satisfied on each Measurement Date on or after the Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer comply with all of the requirements set forth below (or in relation to a proposed purchase after the Effective Date, if any such requirement is not satisfied, the level of compliance with such requirement is maintained or improved after giving effect to the purchase), calculated in each case as required by Section 1.3 herein:

  • Aggregate Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Credit Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.

  • Excess Concentration means the sum of the following amounts, without duplication:

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Baseline concentration means that ambient concentration level that exists in the baseline area at the time of the applicable minor source baseline date. A baseline concentration is deter- mined for each pollutant for which a minor source baseline date is estab- lished and shall include:

  • Concentration Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the largest of: (a) the sum of the five (5) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group D Obligors, (b) the sum of the three (3) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group C Obligors, (c) the sum of the two (2) largest Obligor Percentages of the Group B Obligors and (d) the largest Obligor Percentage of the Group A Obligors.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances outstanding.

  • Overconcentration Amount means as of any date of calculation of the Effective Leverage Ratio for the Fund, an amount equal to the sum of (without duplication):

  • Aggregate Commitment means the aggregate of the Commitments of all of the Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. As of the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment is $500,000,000.
