Eligible Receivables Balance definition

Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time.
Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Eligible Receivables, less the aggregate outstanding principal balance of Eligible Receivables which exceed the Concentration Limit.
Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Discounted Balances of all Eligible Receivables which are Pledged hereunder to secure Loans at such time.

More Definitions of Eligible Receivables Balance

Eligible Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Receivables included in the Eligible Receivables as of the most recent Measurement Date and the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Eligible Receivables arising after the most recent Measurement Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Receivables Balance does not include any Receivables paid since the most recent Measurement Date.
Eligible Receivables Balance means the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables less the sum of (i) the Discount Proxy Amount, (ii) the Rebate Accrual Amount, and (iii) the Contra Account Amount.
