Aggregate Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination.
Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.
Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.
Aggregate Amount means the aggregate amount by which the resolution authority has assessed that eligible liabilities are to be written down or converted, in accordance with Article 46(1);
Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.
aggregate turnover means the aggregate value of all taxable supplies (excluding the value of inward supplies on which tax is payable by a person on reverse charge basis), exempt supplies, exports of goods or services or both and inter-State supplies of persons having the same Permanent Account Number, to be computed on all India basis but excludes central tax, State tax, Union territory tax, integrated tax and cess;
Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
Aggregate Net Losses means, with respect to a Collection Period, an amount equal to the aggregate Principal Balance of all Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during such Collection Period minus all Net Liquidation Proceeds collected during such Collection Period with respect to all Defaulted Receivables.
Aggregate Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.
True-Up Amount means the difference between the ABO calculated by using the member’s actual creditable service and the actual final average compensation as of the member’s effective date in the FRS Investment Plan and the ABO initially transferred.
Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).
Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly. B.29 Description of the flow of fundsSave to the extent that the Authorised Participant as subscribed for the issue of Certificates in whole or in part by the physical delivery of the relevant Precious Metal in respect of the Series (the "Underlying Precious Metal"), the net proceeds from each issue of Certificates will be used (a) to purchase the Underlying Precious Metal and (b) to pay any listing fees incurred in connection with the listing of the Certificates. The Certificates will not bear interest. On redemption, a Certificateholder will, in respect of a Certificate, receive on a date on or before the third business day following the relevant Eligible Redemption Valuation Date(being any business day) (in each case the "Settlement Date"):
Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.
M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.

Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
Invested Percentage means, on any date of determination with ------------------- respect to any Distribution Date: (a) when used with respect to Principal Receivables during the Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, the Fixed Allocation Percentage; and (b) when used with respect to Principal Receivables during the Revolving Period and Finance Charge Receivables and Defaulted Receivables at any time, the Floating Allocation Percentage.
Specified Percentage — means the confidential percentage rate provided to the Officer together with this Plan.
Aggregate Senior Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Principal Amounts of the Class 1-A1, Class 1-A2, Class 1-AR, Class 2-A1, Class 2-A2, Class 3-A1, Class 3-A2, Class 4-A1, Class 4-A2, Class 5-A1 and Class 5-A2 Certificates and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance for such date, but in no event greater than 100%.
Original Class B-6 Percentage The Class B-6 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.13.
Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.
