Aggregate Reserve Percentage definition

Aggregate Reserve Percentage means, on any date of determination, the greater of (i) the Required Reserve Factor Floor and (ii) the sum of the Loss Reserve, the Yield Reserve, the Dilution Reserve and the Servicing Reserve.
Aggregate Reserve Percentage means, on any date of determination, the greater of (a) the sum of the Loss Reserve Percentage, the Dilution Reserve Percentage, the Discount Reserve Percentage and the Servicer Fee Percentage, each as then in effect, and (b) 20%.
