Aggregate Residual Amount definition

Aggregate Residual Amount means an amount equal to (i) the Adjusted Transaction Value, minus (ii) the Aggregate Liquidation Preference Amount.
Aggregate Residual Amount means an amount equal to (i) the Aggregate Closing Consideration, minus (ii) the Total Liquidation Preference, minus (iii) the Initial Carve-Out Plan Consideration.
Aggregate Residual Amount means an amount equal to (x) the Adjusted Initial Merger Consideration, less (y) the Aggregate Preferred Stock Liquidation Preference Amount.

Aggregate Residual Amount means an amount equal to (i) the Adjusted Transaction Value, m Preference Amount.
