Aggregate Revenue Requirement definition

Aggregate Revenue Requirement or “ARR” means the costs pertaining to the licensed business which are permitted, in accordance with these regulations, to be recovered from the tariffs and charges determined by the Commission;
Aggregate Revenue Requirement. (ARR) means the revenue required to meet the costs pertaining to the licensed business, for a financial year, which would be permitted to be recovered through tariffs and charges by the Commission;
Aggregate Revenue Requirement means the requirement of the Transmission Licensee or the Distribution Licensee or Generating Company or SLDC for recovery, through tariffs, of all the allowable expenses and return pertaining to its Licensed/Regulated Business for a particular financial year, in accordance with these Regulations;

  • Assisting the Commission in processing, assessing, evaluating, determination & issuance of Tariff Orders in the matter of True-Up of FY 2019-20, Annual Performance Review (APR) of FY 2020-21 and Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) of FY 2021-22 for the 6 distribution licensees (DVVNL, MVVNL, PVVNL, PuVVNL, KESCo. & NPCL) and 1 transmission licensee (UPPTCL) and SLDC as per applicable Regulations.

  • The amount of any income from Wheeling Charges, as approved by the Commission, in accordance with the UERC (Terms & Conditions of Intra-State Open Access) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, shall be deducted from the Aggregate Revenue Requirement in calculating the revenue requirement from retail sale of electricity of the Distribution Licensee.

  • The amount of non-tariff income relating to the Distribution Business and/or the Retail Supply Business as approved by the Commission shall be deducted from the Aggregate Revenue Requirement in calculating the revenue requirement from retail sale of electricity of the Distribution Licensee: Provided that the Distribution Licensee shall submit full details of his forecast of non-tariff income to the Commission along with his application for determination of tariff.

Aggregate Revenue Requirement or “ARR” shall mean the annual revenue requirement comprising of allowable expenses and return on capital pertaining to the Generating Company, Transmission Licensee or Distribution Licensee, for recovery through tariff, in accordance with these Regulations;
Aggregate Revenue Requirement or “ARR” means the costs pertaining to the State Load Despatch Centre/ Power System Operation company which are permitted, in accordance with these Regulations, to be recovered from the fees and charges determined by the Commission;
Aggregate Revenue Requirement means the revenue requirement comprising allowable expenses and return on capital pertaining to the Generating Company, Transmission Licensee or Distribution Licensee or MSLDC, to be recovered through Tariff or Fees and Charges in accordance with these Regulations;
Aggregate Revenue Requirement or “ARR” means the annual revenue requirement comprising of allowable expenses and return for a Financial Year, pertaining to the Licensed business which are permitted, in accordance with these Regulations, to be recovered from the tariffs and charges determined by the Commission;
