Aggregated Assets definition

Aggregated Assets for a particular Strategy shall mean the assets of all registered investment companies managed by the Adviser that are managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to that Strategy, including Portfolio Assets.
Aggregated Assets shall equal the sum of Portfolio Assets and the net assets of Fidelity Mid Cap Enhanced Index ETF.
Aggregated Assets for a particular Strategy shall mean the assets of all registered investment companies managed by the Adviser that are managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to that Strategy, including Portfolio Assets. 2 The Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser a fee, payable monthly, based on average daily Portfolio Assets (computed in the manner set forth in the Trust's Trust Instrument) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the calendar month. The Sub-Adviser's fee shall be calculated using the effective rate applicable to Aggregated Assets managed pursuant to a specific Strategy based on the following rate schedules.

  • The fee (the “Total Fee”) shall include and not be in addition to the payment by W&R of the 12b-1 fees received by W&R from Ivy Funds VIP relating to the Aggregated Assets.

  • If a change in the law or the Board of Trustees of Ivy Funds VIP requires a reduction in the fees paid by a pooled investment vehicle pursuant to Rule 12b-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (or its functional equivalent), and if Ivy Funds VIP is required to reduce the 12b-1 fees it pays that are based upon the value of the Aggregated Assets as a result of such change in the law or Board action, then there shall be a corresponding reduction in the amount of the Total Fee due pursuant to above.

  • The fee (the "Total Fee") shall include and not be in addition to the payment by W&R of the 12b-1 fees received by W&R from Ivy Funds VIP relating to the Aggregated Assets.

  • If a change in the law requires a reduction in the fees paid by a pooled investment vehicle pursuant to Rule 12b-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (or its functional equivalent), and if Ivy Funds VIP is required to reduce the 12b-1 fees it pays that are based upon the value of the Aggregated Assets as a result of such change in the law, then there shall be a corresponding reduction in the amount of the Total Fee due pursuant to above.

  • Each quarter, W&R shall calculate and pay to Company a fee that shall be equal to twenty-five (25) basis points on an annualized basis, of the average daily account value of all Aggregated Assets.

  • Each quarter, W&R shall calculate and pay to Company a fee that shall be equal to forty-five (45) basis points, on an annualized basis, of the average daily account value of the Aggregated Assets (including any seed money provided by Company or any of its affiliates), provided, however, that the fee is subject to change pursuant to Paragraphs (c) and (d) below.

  • The fee (the "Total Fee") shall include and not be in addition to the payment by W&R of the 12b-1 fees received by W&R from the Funds relating to the Aggregated Assets.

  • If a change in the law or the Board of Trustees of Ivy VIP requires a reduction in the fees paid by a pooled investment vehicle pursuant to Rule 12b-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (or its functional equivalent), and if Ivy VIP is required to reduce the 12b-1 fees it pays that are based upon the value of the Aggregated Assets as a result of such change in the law or Board action, then there shall be a corresponding reduction in the amount of the Total Fee due pursuant to the above.

  • In the event that Company establishes new accounts on or after June 1, 2015 that is not traded through the NSCC Fund/SERV system, Company shall invoice IDI and IDI shall pay a fee equal to basis points, on an annualized basis, of the Aggregated Assets.

  • Each quarter, Company shall invoice IDI and IDI shall pay to Company (1) a fee that shall be equal to basis points, on an annualized basis, of the average daily account value of all assets in the Portfolios in connection with the Contracts (“Aggregated Assets”) on existing accounts established before June 1, 2015, and (2) a fee that shall be equal to basis points, on an annualized basis, of Aggregated Assets on new accounts established on or after June 1, 2015 traded through the NSCC Fund/SERV system.
