Liquid Assets definition

Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.
Liquid Assets means, at any relevant time hereunder, the aggregate of:

Liquid Assets means assets in the form of cash, cash equivalents, obligations of (or fully guaranteed as to principal and interest by) the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof (provided the full faith and credit of the United States supports such obligation or guarantee), certificates of deposit issued by a commercial bank having net assets of not less than $500 million, securities listed and traded on a recognized stock exchange or traded over the counter and listed in the National Association of Securities Dealers Automatic Quotations, or liquid debt instruments that have a readily ascertainable value and are regularly traded in a recognized financial market.
Liquid Assets means assets that can be converted to cash in 20 days. Liquid assets include but are not limited to cash on hand, checking accounts, savings accounts, stocks, bonds, cash value of life insurance, individual retirement accounts, certificates of deposit, and other investments.

Liquid Assets means all cash and cash equivalents at any time held by any of the Debtors, including all amounts from time to time held in any checking, savings, deposit or other account of any of the Debtors, all monies, proceeds or sums due or to become due therefrom or thereon and all documents (including, but not limited to passbooks, certificates and receipts) evidencing all funds and investments held in such accounts.
Liquid Assets means any equity security or bond or interest-bearing security or any other security listed on an OECD stock exchange or organized securities market to the extent that the foregoing is expressly accepted, as to the eligibility of such securities as well as to the value to be allocated thereto, by the Group other than the Group transferring the relevant Contribution to the Company.
