Agreed Announcement definition

Agreed Announcement means the form of announcement agreed by the Company and the Subscribers to be issued by the Company as soon as practicable following the execution of this Agreement;

Agreed Announcement means the announcement to be made by the parties on execution of this Agreement in the Agreed Form; Agreed Form means, in relation to a document, the form of that document which has been initialled on the date of this Agreement for the purpose of identification by or on behalf of the Mezzanine Lenders and the Purchaser (in each case with such amendments as may be agreed in writing by or on behalf of the Mezzanine Lenders and the Purchaser); Articles means the Articles of Association of the Company, as amended from time to time;

Agreed Announcement means the public announcement to be issued by Envestra in the form set out in Annexure 4. Agreement means this document including any schedule or annexure.

Examples of Agreed Announcement in a sentence

• Immediately following the execution of this Agreement, Envestra must release the Agreed Announcement, which has attached to it a summary of the key terms of this Agreement, or a copy of this Agreement (minus the annexure containing the Agreed Announcement itself).

• Agreed Announcement an announcement relating to the possible Takeover Bid in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this agreement or in a form as may otherwise be agreed in writing between Peabody, AM and Bidco.

More Definitions of Agreed Announcement

Agreed Announcement means the announcement in the Agreed Form to be released on Completion;

Agreed Announcement means the joint announcement concerning the Takeover Bid substantially in the form set out in Annexure A. Agreed Bid Terms means the terms and conditions of the Takeover Bid set out in Schedule 1.
