Agreement and Declaration of Trust definition

Agreement and Declaration of Trust means the Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended and supplemented, of the Fund.

Agreement and Declaration of Trust as used herein shall mean this instrument, including any amendments hereto and modifications hereof.
