Agreement Products means (a) each Initial Agreement Product (as defined below) and (b) each Additional Agreement Product (as defined below) that is added to this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.3.
Agreement Products means the CALYPSO mobile broadband telephone, Model Numbers C1250i and C1500i or its substantial equivalent the specifications of each of which are set forth on Exhibit A. More Definitions of Agreement Products
Agreement Products and "Raw Materials" as used herein, shall have the same meaning as given in the Contract.
Agreement Products means (a) Hylaform, and (b) any Follow-on Products which the parties elect to develop pursuant to Section 4 hereof (each individually, an "Agreement Product").
