Agreement Products definition

Agreement Products means (a) each Initial Agreement Product (as defined below) and (b) each Additional Agreement Product (as defined below) that is added to this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.3.

Agreement Products means the CALYPSO mobile broadband telephone, Model Numbers C1250i and C1500i or its substantial equivalent the specifications of each of which are set forth on Exhibit A. In addition, upon mutual written agreement, the parties may include additional products as “Agreement Products” by attaching the specifications for such product(s) to Exhibit A, which specifications shall including the initial Minimum Price for such additional product(s). Upon attaching such specifications, each additional product shall be deemed an “Agreement Product” hereunder.

Agreement Products means the products manufactured by using such 61 Chinese patents, related patent applications and trade secrets listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Products subject to Trial license may be deployed by Customer on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar environments.

More Definitions of Agreement Products

Agreement Products means (a) Hylaform, and (b) any Follow-on Products which the parties elect to develop pursuant to Section 4 hereof (each individually, an "Agreement Product").

Agreement Products means (a) the two products made of hylan B and called Hylaform® and Hylaform® Plus, respectively, and (b) the one product made with bacterial hyaluronan that has been cross-linked using the hylan B cross-linking process and called Captique™; the specifications of each of which are set forth on Exhibit A, for use in the correction of wrinkles and depressed scars. In addition, upon mutual written agreement, the parties may include additional products as “Agreement Products” by attaching the specifications for such product(s) to Exhibit A, which specifications shall including the initial Minimum Price for such additional product(s). Upon attaching such specifications, each additional product shall be deemed an “Agreement Product” hereunder.

Agreement Products means only the exact formulations listed in Appendix A attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties, and any Improvements thereof which are (a) conceived, developed or made using any of the Ecology Technical Information (including any information derived from the Ecology Technical Information), or (b) covered by one or more claims of an Ecology Patent, subject, however, to the understanding that, for purposes of computing royalties, Agreement Products do not include any formulations or any improvements thereof, that are not covered by one or more claims of an Ecology Patent and either (i) were already known to DuPont or a DuPont Affiliate at the Effective Date of this Agreement from a source other than Ecology, as shown by DuPont's or the Affiliate's prior written records, or (ii) are developed by or for DuPont or a DuPont Affiliate without use of or reference to and independently of any information obtained from Ecology, by persons who have not had access to any information obtained from Ecology.

Agreement Products means those pharmaceutical products listed on Schedule A. 1.3. "Territory" shall mean the countries where SuperGen is or will be allowed to sell Agreement Products. 21 CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST 1 4. "Effective Date" shall mean the date mentioned in Article 9.01.

Agreement Products and "Raw Materials" as used herein, shall have the same meaning as given in the Contract.
